January 12th Visioning Your New Year 9:30am – 12:30pm
Deadline to sign up for this event is December 31st.
$45 regular $35 club
Start the year with mindful intention, discussion and support! We’d like you to join us to focus on creating an intention or vision for your year. What will you focus on this year? Prior to the event, we will share 11 days of thought provoking emails with prompts and ideas for you to ponder in advance of the creating process. This will provide you with encouragement as you begin to fine tune your focus and vision for the year. When you come to create and connect, you will have a firm idea of where you are going. A vision isn’t a goal or a resolution, it is a focus or intention for your path in the next year. Your vision can express your focus for the year, things that help you stay centered, qualities you want to develop etc. Your vision is unique to you. We will open the event with a short meditation and discussion, and end our day with time to share our personal visions. Sharing our visions helps us articulate, focus and understand our own hopes and desires. We can’t wait to share a day of visioning our year with all of you.

Love Me! A look at how we can cultivate love and compassion for ourselves, which in turn extends to our loved ones. Cultivating love and compassion for ourselves prepares us to better understand and manage our thoughts and emotions, accept ourselves as we are, and extend empathy to others more fully. Many people in our society have a feeling that they aren’t good enough or are undeserving of the good that comes to them. We will discuss this topic, practice various strategies to cultivate a feeling of self love and compassion. This class will include individual and group coaching, teaching and information to include videos, emails with prompts and homework, and an in person group once a week.
