Love Me! The Single Day Event
March 9 @ 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM$20 – $100
The event is called Love Me! This is the single day retreat with a focus on developing habits and practices for both Self Care and Self Compassion. We have created an excellent curriculum for you to enjoy. Everyone needs to assess their self care and compassion as they travel through life. This retreat will provide you the opportunity to assess your current practices, consider adjusting some practices and teach you some new ones. We will have 7 hours together to discuss, learn, practice and create several hands on projects. We will provide a delicious and healthy lunch. What’s the difference? Self Care is about our physical selves. Healthy food, drinks, exercise, sleep, rest, finding time to give your body and your brain what they need.
Self Compassion is the practice of giving yourself the grace, forgiveness and compassion that you would extend to your dearest loved ones.We will explore what drags us down, and cultivate practices that help us move through and beyond these negative thoughts and feelings.
