Rent Compass Point for your Special Event!

Compass Point is a comfortable and welcoming place for you to gather with your family, friends or employees. We offer both indoor and outdoor spaces for your enjoyment.

The Courtyard has twinkle lights, patio tables, chairs and a Pontoon Boat Stage perfect for live performances, DJ’s or even special seating for your honored guests.
Inside, Compass Point has comfortable seating, meeting space, the Backroom Bar and of course, two lovely ADA compliant bathrooms.
Design your own event in our space! – you can do all the work – set up, enjoy the event and complete the cleanup post party.

The Details

$100 per hour – 3 hour minimum required. Compass Point staff will be present throughout your event. Set up and clean up time is also part of the hourly rental fee, plan your time accordingly. Use of tables and chairs are included in this fee. If we don’t have enough tables and chairs for your event, you are welcome to bring or rent additional.
We require a deposit of $200 which is returned to you after the event when our venue inspection is completed and approved.
This work is 100% on you if you choose. We follow Leave No Trace principals on the trail and at Compass Point and expect you to do the same. We will provide a list of basic tasks and complete a venue inspection post event.
This service adds $30 per rental hour to your event. If you’d rather skip the heavy lifting, mopping and trash the Dirty Minion/s will take care of all the work. Prior to your event, we will discuss your preferences and create a set up plan to meet your needs. Set up will be completed prior to your event starting.
You can decorate for your event as you please with the exception of making a permanent impact on the venue.
$20 per hour per bartender
$100 Setting up and breaking down the Canoe Bar takes some time but it does add a great party vibe and allows easy access to the bar for your guests.
$50 per hour based on negotiated agreement regarding assigned tasks. This person will work closely with you to determine your preferences. The Event Coordinator can arrange: overnight lodging for your guests, catering, flowers, open bar service, special bar menu, live music, DJ service, photo booth etc. They will work within your budget and preferences to assist you in pulling together a unique plan for your special event.
$50 per game for duration of activity
